We are pleased to host you in Pullman on August 10th-12th for the 2026 WSU Legislative & Congressional Staff Tour. In advance of your travels, we want to provide you with some additional information that may be helpful as you finalize your travel arrangements. TRANSPORTATION UPON ARRIVAL:
On Monday afternoon, we will have staff on-site at the Pullman airport to pick-up all arriving attendees on Alaska Airlines Flight #2291, landing at 1:53PM. We will be departing directly to campus for activities. Guests will be able to check into their rooms after the mixer.
For guests driving separately, please arrive at the Hampton Inn no later than 2:00pm. We will be meeting in the lobby at 2:15pm and departing for campus.

- A continental breakfast will be provided each morning.
- Attendees wishing to cover the cost of their own rooms or wanting to purchase incidentals will need to provide a personal credit card at check-in.
- Guests wanting additional bites or beverages are encouraged to dine at the Crimson Bar and Bites, located inside the Hampton Inn. They are open from 4PM-9PM every day.
PARKING INFO:
Complimentary parking is available at the Hampton Inn hotel. Guests who are driving personal vehicles should park them at the hotel and meet us in the morning each day before departing for the day’s activities via chartered vans.
DRESS CODE:
Attire is Coug Casual. Please dress comfortably in light layers for warm days. On Wednesday, we will be touring the Nuclear Science Center at 1:30pm. For that visit, all guests MUST wear closed-toed and closed-back shoes (no sandals, flip-flops or clogs); and long pants (no skirts or shorts). [NOTE: Any bags, purses or backpacks will also need to be checked in at the NSC front desk.]

NOTES: We are actively monitoring for smoke pollution from nearby fires. In the event the Air Quality Index (AQI) rises to an unsafe level, we will be providing N95 masks to guests and have well-ventilated conference rooms available on campus.
